Who Is Behind MakeUsSmart
I’m Dheeraj, and I built this from my own flat search.
I’m the founder of MakeUsSmart. Before I bought my own flat in Bengaluru this year, I visited many projects across the city, compared builders, layouts and locations, and asked a lot of questions along the way.
Somewhere in between the site visits and the paperwork, I realised how hard it is to find clear, practical guidance. Most of what you read is either a builder’s sales pitch or generic advice that does not help you decide. So I turned what I learned into questions, checklists and tools that first-time buyers can actually use.
That is the idea behind Buy Smarter, our guide for first-time flat buyers in Bengaluru, and behind the free tools and worksheets on this site. They come from real experience of buying a home, not from a desk.
