Work Smarter With AI is a practical system for knowing what to hand to AI and what to keep for yourself — not a list of tricks, but a repeatable method you can apply to almost anything that crosses your desk.

The Problem

Most people at work are either underusing AI — doing things by hand that AI could speed up safely — or overusing it, handing over decisions and judgment calls that were never AI’s to make in the first place. Without a clear method, it’s easy to trust a confident-sounding wrong answer, paste something that shouldn’t leave the building, or spend more time fixing a generic draft than it would have taken to write it yourself.

With Work Smarter With AI, You Can

Know exactly which parts of a task belong to AI and which belong to you
Write better emails, faster, without losing your own voice
Turn rough notes into clean documents, summaries and procedures
Understand, build and debug Excel formulas without guesswork
Turn meetings into decisions, action items and follow-ups automatically
Catch AI’s fabricated facts, citations and numbers before they reach anyone else
Know what should never be pasted into an AI tool in the first place
Build your own 30-day plan to make AI a reliable part of how you work

Work Smarter With AI is a complete workday system: a 112-page ebook covering 23 chapters across 7 parts, plus three companion resources — 50 ready-to-use prompts, 10 fill-in implementation worksheets, and a one-page-per-framework quick-reference toolkit.

Why This Matters

“AI wrote it well” is not the same as “AI got it right.” Every workflow in this book runs on the same six steps — the difference between AI making your work faster and AI quietly making it less reliable.

Task→Context→AI Assistance→Human Review→Verification→Final Output

Work Smarter With AI applies this same method to emails, documents, spreadsheets, meetings, presentations, research and your own recurring work — the content changes, the shape doesn’t.

See What’s Inside

Don’t just trust the description — see how we think. Here’s the five-question check the book teaches for anything AI tells you as fact:

“WHO? Is the source real? WHEN? Is this current? WHAT? State the claim in one plain sentence. WHERE? What’s the original source — can you find it yourself? WHY? Does it make sense given what you already know? If you can’t answer ‘Where’ with something you’ve actually located independently, treat the claim as unverified — regardless of how confidently it was written.”

That’s one of ten core frameworks in the book. The full toolkit includes 50 ready-to-use prompts and 10 fill-in worksheets to put every one of them into practice.

Who It’s For

Anyone who uses AI at work but has never had a clear method for it
People who write a lot of emails, documents, reports or updates
Anyone who works in spreadsheets and wants to stop guessing at formulas
Managers who run meetings and need reliable follow-through
Anyone who manages a team that’s already using AI, with or without guidance

Who It’s Not For

Work Smarter With AI is a workday method, not a technical AI course. It’s not for people looking for coding tutorials, a comparison of specific AI products, or a replacement for their employer’s own AI and confidentiality policy — the book explicitly tells you to follow that policy, not override it.

How It Works

Read

Work through the ebook at your own pace, part by part.

Apply

Use the 50 prompts and 10 worksheets on your own real tasks.

Build

Keep the quick-reference toolkit at your desk as the habit sets in.

The ebook walks through this in 7 parts:

What AI can actually do at work, and the six-step method behind every workflow in the book.

Better emails, difficult workplace conversations, and turning rough notes into professional messages.

Turning notes into useful documents, summarizing long material, and handling long documents safely.

Understand and build formulas, analyze data, and turn numbers into a story someone can act on.

Prepare for meetings, turn them into action, build presentations faster, and research without trusting AI blindly.

Think with AI, plan your workday, and turn repetitive tasks into workflows worth keeping.

What should never go into AI, catching AI’s mistakes, your employer’s policy, and your own 30-day plan.

FAQ

Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. There’s no coding and no assumption you’ve used AI before — just plain-language workflows for ordinary work tasks.

Does it recommend a specific AI tool?
No. The method is built to work with whatever AI tool your employer approves, and to keep working as tools change, because it’s built around a repeatable method, not any one product’s features.

What format do I receive?
A digital bundle: the main ebook plus three companion PDFs, delivered after payment.

Can I use it on mobile?
Yes — all four files are designed to be readable on any device.

What exactly is included?
The 112-page ebook (7 parts, 23 chapters), 50 ready-to-use prompts, 10 implementation worksheets, and a 10-framework quick-reference toolkit.

Is this a substitute for my employer’s AI policy?
No. The book is explicit that your employer’s actual policy on AI tools and data always takes priority over any general advice in it.

What is the refund policy?
See the Refund Policy for full details.

Who created it?
MakeUsSmart — built for practical, real-world decisions, not general AI commentary.
